is a government run by religious doctrine

Holds control over the whole country
Constitution
A written or unwritten document that lays out the structure of a government

this is when the monarch holds some power, but it is restricted by constitution

a group of people who control the country and makes laws
Direct democracy
When a every citizen is given an equal vote in government and together to make important decisions
