one person has all the power

a king or queen inherits their power and position in the family line
constitutional monarchies
this is when the monarch holds some power but is restricted by the constitution

there is no sharing power with other authorities

a written or unwritten document that lays out the structure of a government

people directly vote for the countries leader and legislature makes laws and the president approves or denies the law.

People only vote for legislature who represents in government. The party with the mosts seats gets to choose the prime minister

when no one is in charge

a small group of people who is in charge.

a government run by religious doctrine.
