A country is ethnically the same. Example: Japan
Nation-State
Body of a nation, state, or community. And the exercise of political authority over the affairs actions.
Goverment
A state of disorder due to absence or non recognition of authority or other controlling systems.
Anarchy
That runs the country, and the monarch serves mostly in a titular position.
Constitutional Monarchy
A form of Government in which an all-powerful king or queens or kings rules a state.
Absolute Monarchy
Form of government in which one person or a small group possesses absolute power without effective constitutional limitations.
Dictatorship
Government by the few, especially despotic power exercised by a small and privileged group for corrupt or selfish purposes.
Oligarchy
Government by divine guidance or by officials who are regarded as divinely guided.
Theocracy
The political system where representatives act on the behalf of the citizens in the parliament and voice their aspirations and problems.
Indirect Democracy
Given an equal vote in government and, together, make all of the important decisions.
Direct Democracy
Power is given to the people of citizens, of the nation. It means “ Rule by the people.”
Democracy
Form of government in which a state is ruled by representatives of the citizen body.
Republic
What 3 powers do all Governments have?
Make laws, Enforce laws, and Judiciary power.
What are the roles of the Government
To make and enforce laws, protect people and to provide public services.
Totalitarian
One political party is in power. And people are forced to do what the Government tells them.
