Also called a representative democracy. We’re citizens elect or vote for lawmakers to represent their interests in the government

A government run by a religious doctrine for following the rules of a god

A small group of people is in charge. Only a small number of a certain social class who are viewed important participate in the government.
Dictatorship
There is no sharing power with other authorities. The dictator is the soul ruler over their people. One person is in charge.
absolute monarchy
The king or queen who is the head monarch holds total control over the country
Constitutional monarchy
The POWER of the monarch( king or queen) is LIMITED by a rules in the constitution.
anarchy
NO RULES and NO ONE is in charge. There are no countries currently with anarchies.

A group of people who control the country, make laws, and keep order/control.
