What did the Bichard Review focus on?
- Clarity of the purpose of the RICS
- Governance to deliver that purpose
- Recommendations on the strategy and leadership of governing body

- Renewed and improved focus on the public interest, including amending the Royal Charter and creating a public interest panel to advise the Governing Council
