unwritten customs can be as strong as the written laws, so unwritten customs can be applied even if they’re not in the constitution
what happens if the president dies or is impeached?
the vice president will take over, and if the vice president can’t, there is a line of people who will take over.
what is congressional oversight?
it is the power of the US congress to monitor and change the actions of the executive branch
what are the two formal amendment methods?
- Proposed by congress by a 2/3 vote in each house
