Has the Supreme court; declares people guilty or not
What does the Executive branch do?
Explains laws.

the first 10 amendments that explain citizens rights and the governments restrictions

- Freedom of religion
- Freedom of Speech – about the Gov.
- Freedom of Press – About the gov.
- Freedom to Assemble – to support/ protest something typically gov related.
- Freedom to petition the gov for changes – ask

- Right to own firearms

1.No soldier shall be living in any house at any time – if you dont want a soldier living in your house, they won’t.

- Only charged once for a crime (double jeapordy)
- You don’t need to be at your trial “plead the fifth”

- Local Jury
- Right to know what your being accused of
- Confront witnesses against you
- Right to an attorney
What are the rights of the Seventh Amendment?
- Non - Criminal case where value exceeds $20 can be settled by a jury
- If you disagree with jury any disagreement will be held with common law

- Bail and fines need to be reasonable
