No order on first hole
After, whoever got the lowest score at the previous hole
Which ball is played first?
Farthest from hole
Etiquette (5)
- don’t move, talk, or stand close to or behind player hitting ball
- do not hit until group in front is out of range
- no delay: slow players should allow faster players through
- spend only five minutes searching for lost ball
- leave green immediately after player and write score at next holes tee
