What do Sikhs believe about God?
A
- He created everything : the world , universe etc
- there are no creation stories, God just brought everything into being
- scientific views are accepted, all is done by God’s will
- The world is described as God’s pastime or his play, The world is not a trivial thing that God doesn’t take seriously but indicates the greatness of God compared with the world in human life and that God created it

- God had never assumed any physical form nor qualities
- nirgun ( without qualities or physical form )
- he has no limits and is free and therefore different from his creation
- he is timeless and spaceless
- he was present before the creation when there was nothing else
- human language can not describe him
