What is a EMS task force incident?
Low impact incident with conventional response characteristics that can be handled with readily available resources. Patients or a sign directly to EMS units in the incident should not require establishment of treatment and transport areas.

Hi impact incidents which reduces the effectiveness of traditional fire and EMS response because of a number of patients, specially hazards, or difficult rescue. This will require the full development EMS branch.
