Verify rotation to GA attitude (both)
Verify thrust is sufficient to GA and adjust (PM)
Verify Pos Rate of climb on Altimeter and call POS RATE/ PF verify and call GEAR UP.
PM verify MA Altitude is set
Speed in amber band - bank 15deg
Above 400ft - verify Lnav of select HDG SEL
Verify MA route tracked - both
