Juxtaposition

The use of words which sound like the thing they’re describing

Repetition of constants sound for effect

The speaker of the poem

Repetition of vowel sounds for effect
Implication
Hinting at ideas feelings and ideas without messages without expressing them explicitly
Impersoner
A ‘mask’ which a poet may adopt to speak in a voice other than there own

Describing a non-human object in human terms
Cliche
A frase which has been overused
Ambiguous
This means there are multiple meanings of the word
