ADHD (= Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) can be defined as a condition in which someone, especially a child, is often in a state of activity or excitement and unable to direct their attention toward what they are doing.

Attention Span
The interval during which an individual can concentrate, as on a single object, idea, or activity.
Avoidance

Avoidance symptoms represent an effort to withdraw from certain situations that bring about body-level distress of trauma-related symptoms.
We can also view these symptoms as the activities that people engage in to limit other types of distressing experiences.
Aware ; awareness
To be aware of something means having knowledge or realization of; to be conscious of. We an launch an awareness campaign when we want to raise awareness about a particular issue.

To be beneficial means producing good results or helpful effects : conferring benefits.

A major discovery, scientific advancement.
Bridge a gap

To bride a gap means to connect two things or to make the difference between them smaller, to reduce the differences that separate two things.

A person who harasses, intimidates or persecutes people.

In psychology is a treatment or process that diminishes emotional responsiveness to a negative, aversive or positive stimulus after repeated exposure to it.
Detoxify
To stop taking unhealthy or harmful foods, drinks, and other substances into your body for a period of time, in order to improve your health.

Digital addiction
Digital addiction can be defined as a compulsive need to use your digital devices, to the extent that it interferes with your life and prevents you from doing things you need to do. There are three different types of digital addiction which include phone addiction, Internet addiction and social media addiction.
Digital detox
A period of time during which a person refrains from using electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, regarded as an opportunity to reduce stress or focus on social interaction in the physical world. It is an opportunity to REFOCUS.
