A

Some are due to immunoglobulin deposition
Some are diseases with no Ig deposition like diabetic glomerular disease

A

Haematuria - blood in urine
Heavy proteinuria (nephrotic syndrome)
Slowly increasing proteinuria
Acute renal failure
