Somalia was really unstable and faminated, canadians joined a peacekeeping mission but it didn’t work, and some canadians beat somalians

UN sent 2500 peacekeepers (400 canadian) and reached a peace in Rwanda, then president was shot down april 1994 so 10% of rwanda was killed
