Define Human RIghts
Human rights are those rights which belong to every man, woman, and child simply because each of them is a human being. These rights are inalienable; they cannot be taken away, although they may be infringed upon.
Define Genocide
The deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group.
Define Hutu (who-two)
A member of the people forming the majority population in Rwanda. Traditionally a farming people, historically dominated by the Tutsi people. The conflict between Hutu and Tutsi people led to large-scale ethnic violence.
Define Tutsi (tootsie)
A member of the people forming the minority population in Rwanda. Formally dominated the Hutu people. The conflict between Hutu and Tutsi people led to large-scale ethnic violence.

A person who rises in opposition or aimed resistance against an established government or ruler.

Define Cockroach
A scavenging insect that resembles a beetle, having large antennae and legs and typically a broad, flattened body.

Someone (such as a soldier) helps prevent or stop fighting between countries or groups.

A directive issued by a military authority specifying the circumstance and limitations under which forces will engage in combat with the enemy.
