Political globalisation refers tothe amount of political co-operation that exists between different countries . This ties in with the belief that “umbrella” global organisations are better placed than individual states to prevent conflict.

process of organizing relations between groups of three or more states
Response to Protect R2P
a framework developed by the United Nations to prevent or respond to the worst human rights atrocities such as genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity. R2P begins at home : all states recognize a responsibility to protect their citizens from four crimes. If a state fails to uphold their responsibility, then the international community, through the UN Security Council – has a responsibility to act.’ (protecting people from global atrocities).
