Continuity means something that keeps going without stopping or changing too much. It’s like when a TV show keeps playing one episode after another without a big break, or when your bedtime stays the same every night.

By instilling core Buddhist beliefs, Asian schools, practices, and unity began developing, its foundation being Buddhist beliefs. Buddhism allowed for the Srivijaya empire to reign for a long period of time because of its citizens being ruled by a pro-Buddhist Empire
