Peptic ulcer, UC, bleeding hemorrhoids, bleeding disorders, pregnancy, menorrhea, prior to surgery, when there is risk of hemorrhage.
Caution is used with patients who are taking anti-coagulant, blood thinning medications, antiplatelet drugs, or calcium channel blockers
