On August 19, 1900, ____ was born in Brighton, Sussex, England. He was attracted to philosophy right once and graduated from the new Modern Greats School of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in 1924 with first-class honors. In addition to a number of lectures on philosophical conundrums, a collection of articles on the idea of thinking, and a book on Plato, Ryle published on a wide range of philosophical topics (particularly in the history of philosophy and philosophy of language). However, The Concept of Mind is still his most well-known and significant work.
