Gentleman’s Buck
3/4 oz Ginger 1/2 oz Lime 1 oz Orange Juice 1.5 oz Bourbon (crown royal) 2 dashes ango bitters
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Strain in Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge and ginger candy.
Moscow Mule
3/4 oz ginger
1/2 oz lime juice
1.5 oz vodka (mono)
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge and ginger candy.
New York Sour
3/4 oz simple
3/4 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz bulleit rye
1 oz Sangiovese wine
Add everything but Sangiovese to tin. Shake. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Float 1 oz of Sangiovese wine. Garnish with two cherries and a lemon twist.
Whiskey Sour (non- traditional)
3/4 oz simple
3/4 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz bourbon (BT)
Add everything to a tin. Shake. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with two cherries and a lemon twist.
Overboard
1/2 oz simple 3/4 oz lemon 1/2 oz gran marnier 1/2 smith and cross rum 1.5 oz Appleton estate rum Raspberries
Middle 2 raspberries in a Collins glass. Build all other ingredients in Collins glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with 3 raspberries.
Pioneer
3/8 oz Amaro nonino
3/8 oz sweet vermouth
1.5 oz bourbon (bulleit)
Add ingredients to mixing glass with some rocks some crushed ice. Stir. Rinse coupe glass with fernet. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Tennessee
3/4 oz Averna Amaro
3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
1.5 oz Barrel Reserve Beehive Gin
Build in rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Never ending Sorry
1/2 oz lime 3/4 oz St. Germaine 1.5 oz tequila (don Julio blanco) 1 Strawberry Brute Rose (sparkling) 2 drops rhubarb bitter
Muddle strawberry in tin. Add everything but brute rose to tin. Shake. Strain in a flute glass. Top with brute rose and rhubarb bitters. Garnish with an orange twist.
Quick fix
1/2 oz lime
1 oz grapefruit juice
3/4 St. Germaine
1 oz pisco
Build in rocks glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
Plausible Defense

1 oz Apple Brandy 1 oz bourbon (bulleit) 1 sugar cube 4 dashes ango bitters 2 dashes orange bitters Splash soda water
Muddle sugar cube, bitters, and soda water in a rocks glass. Add Apple brandy and bourbon. Add rocks and stir. Garnish with lemon and orange twist.

1 sugar cube
4 dashes ango bitters

Whip eggs in mixing tin. Add other ingredients to tin. Shake. Strain in a egg glass. Dash with bitters and swirl.

Whip egg white in a mixing tin. Add all other ingredients to tin. Shake. Strain in a couple glass. Dash with bitters. Swirl bitters.
Queens Bees Knees
3/4 oz lemon
3/4 oz honey
1.5 oz beehive gin
2 dashes of lavender bitters
Add all ingredients to tin except bitters. Shake. Strain in a coupe glass. Dash of bitters. Garnish with an orange twist.

1 oz Ransom
1/2 oz grenadine
1 oz grapefruit
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Capone’s Lament
3/8 oz dry vermouth
3/8 oz luxardo
1.5 oz double rye
4 dashes ango bitters
Stir in mixing glass with cracked ice. Strain in coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry.
Cosmopolitan
1/2 oz lime
3/8 oz cranberry
1 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz vodka
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Lemon Drop Martini
3/4 oz lemon
1 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz vodka
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Sugar rim coupe glass. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Manhattan
1.5 oz bourbon or rye
4 dashes ango bitters
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
Add all ingredients to a tin. Shake. Strain in a coupe glass (or rocks if requested). Garnish with two cherries.

1/2 honey
Prosecco
Vodka/Gin Gimlet

Add all ingredients to tin. Shake. Strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Mint Julep
3/4 simple
1 oz bourbon
1 oz rye
8 mint leaves
Muddle mint and simple in rocks glass. Add bourbon and rye. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Negroni
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz gin (beefeater)
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
