What to look at abdominal?
Rooftop scars hypochondrial scar, upper midline lower midline paramedian giridiron pfannenstiel

What is Cullen’s sign?
Grey-Turner’s sign blood running along fascia of the blood to umbillics or grey-Turners is flank for pancreatitis

distended veins for portal hypertension.
What to do in palpation?
Light in 9 regions then deeply then for all the organs
What is murphy’s sign?
Ask to echale place hand in right ipper quadrant just below costal margin ask patient to breath in and check for pain

from right lower
What is balloting the kidne?
Lift kidney up towards you then push from front
How to differentiat spleen or kidney?
Spleen croses midline kidneys can get above, cannot ballott kidney there isa notch in spleen but not in the kidneys
What is rosvings sing?
acute appencdicitis pressin left ilicac fossa right illiac fossa will get pain
What do you percuss?
liver spleen and bladder to listen for dullness
