Early-Few or no
Later-Painless mass or sore that does not heal
May present red or white patch that persists
Typical lesions in oral cancer are painless indurations (hardened ulcer with raised edges)

Any area of the Oropharynx can be a site for malignant growth
- Lips
- Lateral Tongue
- Floor of the Mouth
