first episode- oral vanc… if this doesnt work with oral fidaxomicin… if this doesnt work oralv anc and IV met

recurrent infection within 12 weeks- oral fidaxo
after 12 weeks- oral vanc

if life threatening infection- iv metro and oral vanc
