- Usually includes an excerpt from the story and a link to the story on their website

- Yes
- E.g. Ocala Star-Banner, Mainstreet Daily News, etc.
Does it cost anything to get our email roundup of what’s going on?
- No
- It’s ad driven
- You just need to sign up
- This is because they want as many consumers as possible
Could we (or do we) make any money off the effort?
There are sponsors, such as Florida Credit Union and Sweetwater Branch Inn.
Do we have to have permission from the other outlets (or pay them)?
- No
- There is an understanding that it’s mutually beneficial
What is our strategy for WHEN the email blast should go out?
Goes out at 8 a.m. because 7-9 a.m is when people usually wake up
How much work does it take to put one together?
- Kristin starts at 5 a.m.
- Takes three hours to put together the newsletter in combination with the podcast and other tasks

Are there ever student opportunities to work in this area?
Students on payroll who usually work on the Point podcast and fill in for Kristin when she is unavailable
