What are the requirements for getting married?

1. Capacity
   (a) every capacity issue in contract law
   (b) every capacity issue that is reason for dissolution
   18 or older, 16-18 parental consent, 14-16 court consent.
2. Ceremonial marriage
   (a) license
   (b) ceremony (officiant, witness, solemn declaration) at least 24 hours but no more than 60 days after issuance of license.

What are a prisoner’s marriage rights?

Void if serving life, if on parole or discharged they can marry.
