Only through a ceremonial marriage. There is no common law marriage.

What are the requirements of a ceremonial marriage?

You need an officiant, a witness, and a “solemn declaration.”

The ceremony must occur at last 24 hours, but no more than 60 days, after issuance of the marriage license. Basically anyone can be a marriage officiant. No particular form of the ceremony is necessary. The “solemn declaration” are usually the vows, to show that you understand that you are taking on a new responsibility.
