+ Present Simple + V ing
+ ING + ING всегда в предложении
+ Are you good at ING always
✅ Після певних дієслів:
(enjoy, finish, mind, avoid, suggest, keep, practice, consider, admit, deny, miss, postpone, risk, etc.)
I enjoy swimming in the sea.
She avoids talking to strangers.
✅ Після фразових дієслів:
(give up, go on, keep on, look forward to, etc.)
He gave up smoking last year.
I look forward to meeting you.
✅ Після прийменників (before, after, without, by, etc.)
After finishing my homework, I watched TV.
She left without saying goodbye.
✅ Якщо дієслово є підметом у реченні:
Swimming is my favorite sport.
Reading helps improve vocabulary.
Коли вживаємо інфінітив (to + V)
+ It was nice to see u
+ Love,
+ She tried not to hit the man ( try to not smth )
+ делали что то все это время
✅ Після певних дієслів:
(want, decide, need, agree, refuse, learn, plan, hope, promise, seem, appear, fail, expect, etc.)
I want to buy a new phone.
She decided to study abroad.
✅ Після “too” та “enough”
This coffee is too hot to drink.
He is strong enough to lift this box.
✅ Після прикметників:
It’s difficult to understand this text.
I’m happy to see you again.
✅ Після “would like”, “would love”, “would prefer”
I would like to order a pizza.
She would prefer to stay at home.
