Proportion representation - this meant that there were too many parties in parliament which made it difficult for one party to rule with a majority
Article 48- where the chancellor could pass laws without the reichstag prior agreement (dictatorship)
Not much support - many other political parties hated the Weimar and tried to overthrow it.
