Out picked meaning grapes picked out of ripe bunches.
Medium to fuller style wine
What is Beerenlauslese?
Berries out picking - berries picked out individually - made only 2-3x every 10 yrs.
Botrytis.
What is Trockenbeerenauslese?
Grapes are dried like raisins.
Botrytis.
Most expensive.
What is Eiswein?
A rare sweet concentrated wine made from frozen grapes left on the vine. Pressed when frozen.
Must be made with grapes ripe enough to make Beerenlauslese.
What is Sussreserve?
Unfermented grape juice of the same varietal added back to the fermentation to achieve their style.
