A

Now that the Wiemar Government had failed multiple times, the people, who had lost their jobs because of the depression, blamed the Government for many of their problems.
Now angry and hungry, the people started to look towards the extreme parties, who promised to solve all their problems.

A

23rd March 1933; was helped passed by the Nazi party using intimidation and persecution.
Plus the Nazi Party prevented all 81 Communists and 26 of the 120 Social Democrats from taking their seats, by detaining them in so-called protective detention in Nazi controlled camps. Hitler also said, when passing the law, that if anyone was absent, it would count as accepting the law.

A

Hitler even takes opportunity to have von Schleicher, the ex- Chancellor, killed
Over 1,000 opponents were killed.
Since Rohm wanted to take over the military, and now he was dead thanks to Hitler, the military swore an oath of personal loyalty to him

A

Hitler used propaganda by holding rallies where citizens could attend and listen to him speak. Ads and flyers could also be seen throughout Germany. Hitler portrayed his views as the right thing for the country, and brainwashed the minds of most the population.
