Elevate head off the bed about 6 inch higher
Weight loss for overweight patients
Eat proteins rich food
Eat small meals
Don’t eat and sleep at the same time
Stop smoking , alcohol , wearing tight fitting clothes
Avoid coffee , spicy food , NSAID , caution with contraceptive
