Q

“Good sport”

A

Objectifies women as a prize to win, showing his exploitative attributes. He sexualises Eva, claiming she was “young and fresh” These adjectives have connotations of lustful desires, suggesting that Eva was being used as a mistress. Furthermore, his familiarity with these lustful desires is further reinforced as he “hates these hard-eyed, dough faced women” this suggests he is well familiarised with prostitutes and it has developed into a hobby of his to exploit women not only for increased profit and wealth, but to indulge in sexual activities with.
