what does logging mean
logging means chopping down trees and transporting them to other spaces

what is the main cause for climate change
the main cause for climate change is global warming, as we are getting older the planet is getting warmer and therefore the ice bergs are melting and that means the sea levels/water levels are rising.
what is the definition for drought
as temperatures increase, soils dry up and this makes droughts worse.
what is the defintion for extinction
animal and plants are adapted to specific conditions. Climate change means those conditions are changing, making life harder and harder
what is the definition for sea levels rising
melting ice on land raises sea levels. The sea also expands as it gets warmer, increasing levels even more
what is the definition for wildfires
wildfires happen during periods of hot, dry weather. Climate change makes these hot, dry weather conditions more likely to occur
what is the definition for storms
higher temperatures mean that more water evaporates from the surface of the oceans. More moisture in the atmosphere means more rain. The storms also have more energy.
what does the location of plants affect how they grow?
plants have to battle for the light so plants that plants that have less competition will survive for longer
