I’m a large body of water west of the Caspian Sea (by the way, it should be Caspian Lake).

I’m a sea between mainland Greece & the Italian Peninsula.
Adriatic Sea
I’m a sea named after a Greek mythological character who was turned into a cow & chased into the water where she drowned. I’m also at the heel of the Italian peninsula “boot.”
Ionian Sea
