Regional level
To study the world on a regional level Jager fees break the world up into chunks. Some regions are defined by physical characteristics such as mountain ranges climates or plants native to the area.
Local level
Some geographers study issues at a local level by asking questions like how do people want to tell more community live, what is the local government like. By asking these questions Geographers can’t figure out why people live and work the way they do
GIS
Geographic information system takes digital satellite images and turns them into maps

Global positioning system set of satellites
Global level
Global geographers learn about people interacting globally
Geographers who study the world on a global level try to find relationships among people who live far apart
