a population pyramid is where it tells you how old people are and what gender they are in that country
what else can a population pyramid tell you?
it can tell you the life expectancy of that gender
what is a high birth rate?
a high birth rate is where there are lots of babies being born
what are the reasons for a high birth rate?
tradition for large families and religion
what is an ageing population?
an ageing population is where the country has more old people then young
what are ageing population causes?
better healthcare, vaccinations against diseases and better diets
how can a goverment or leader deal with population?
they can make a population policy
what is an example of a country that has/had a population policy?
china and sweden. china said a person could only have 1 baby and sweden wants its people to have more babies and so does china because of its decreasing population
why do people migrate?
people migrate for a number of reasons but they all have a push and pull factor
what is a pull factor
a pull factor is what pulls someone to move countries

it is what pushes a person out o a country
