If a country wants to use or make a product that has been made by a company already they will have to pay that company/countries a fee. This allows the market to be much fairer and stop copying of products such as Chinese Cars. The money they recieve allows them to focus on more R&D on new products- Enhancing the cycle.

Due to countries siding with the USA and their economic system they were able to benefit more to the global econ- system which benefited the USA. Communist countries would have been switched off.
