Steps In Recombinant DNA Technology:

A

1.We need two variables DNA Containing the “gene of interest” and a Bacterial plasmid;
2.We need to cut and open the Bacterial plasmid by “restriction enzyme”;
3.Insert the gene of interest into the open plasmid by DNA ligase.
4.Then you can now have RECOMBINANT DNA. Afterwards, Insert the Recombinant DNA to the bacterial cell.
5.Then isolate the bacteria for it to multiply
