How does God’s choice of Jacob over Esau relate to free will?
God did not force them to be the men they were, they became who they were by their own choices in life. God just chose Jacob to fulfill the covenant with Abraham.
Two advantages to having the birthright?
Double portion of inheritance and the fathers blessing.
What sin is Esau the symbol for in the Old Testament?
Lust.
