What are the four principles that provide the foundation for Web accessibility?
Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR)
What is the purpose of guidelines?
The 13 guidelines provide the basic goals that authors should work toward in order to make content more accessible to users with different disabilities.
What is the purpose of success criteria?
To allow WCAG 2.1 to be used where requirements and conformance testing are necessary such as in design specification, purchasing, regulation, and contractual agreements. Three levels of conformance are defined: A (lowest), AA, and AAA (highest).
What are the two categories of techniques?
Sufficient and advisory
What was the goal of creating WCAG 2.1?
To improve accessibility guidance for three major groups: users with cognitive or learning disabilities, users with low vision, and users with disabilities on mobile devices.
