A
- to clear Cspine
- pts have virtually zero risk of CSI if they have:
- -NO cspine tenderness
- -NO altered mentation
- -NO intoxication (ETOH/drugs)
- -NO neurologic deficits
- -NO distracting injury; long bone fracture, burn, degloving, laceration
