An interesting story…
Bank of Montreal, for many years was across the street at 3 TS. They had 200,000 SF of space when they started their search said they were leaving Times Square.
They saw the improvements we made at 151, and recognized what a difference it was at 151.
Long story short they looked at 151, and ended up leasing 215,000 SF from us for 15 years.
What was the 4th Floor before?
Exclusive to Conde Nast. When they left, we took the opportunity to turn it into a building common amenity floor.
