➢ Concerns the legal relationships that exist between sovereign states, includes legal relationships between and among international organizations, individuals, groups, multinational corporations and other entities capable of possessing certain characteristics of international personality
➢ Individuals also possess certain rights under international law (ie states can’t treat citizens shitty)
