I am hopeful to make a change by the end of this year, but if I received an offer from a position, I would like to give 3-4 weeks notice if possible for my current position.

Given my current salary and my education/clinical research experience, and generally the range of research program manager salaries in this area, I am looking for between $86-91,000.
