A

1.Law enforcement creates criminal activity

2. Defendant not predisposed to commit crime

When law enforcement starts or creates the criminal activity and the D is not predisposed to commit the crime.
o Predisposition: never done, not aware of not predisposed to commit this crime. Its foreign to me.
 Arrested 12 times for robbing the bank- im predisposed to robbing the bank.

A
