Describe the parable of the good samaritan.
A man was beaten and robbed in the street, then three men walked past him, doing nothing for him. Then a man from Samaria saw him, helped him, healed him and found a hotel for him to stay in. He did this even though the wounded man was a Jew, and Samarians and Jews hated each other at the time.
What does the parable of the good samaritan teach Christians?
It teaches them to “love one another as i have loved you”- Jesus and love thy neighbour as thyself, even if society thinks you should hate them.
