WHO analgesia ladder 3steps
Step 1 - non- opiates: PCM, NSAIDs
Step 2 - Weak opitotes: Codeine, dihydrocodine, Tramadol
Step 3 - Strong Opiotes: morphone

Prokinetic - e.g., Metoclopramide
Domperidol –> if pt has too many side effect –> DA agonist –> side effect cardiac arrythmia.
