What is a key sign of chronic pericarditis

A

chronic pericarditis = constrictive pericarditis

Signs:

Kussmaul’s sign - raised JVP during inspiration
Pulsus paradoxicus - drop in BP on inspiration
RHF signs - ascites, oedema, hepatomegaly

Causes - TB, idiopathic
