Abx treatment of AOM in kids

A

1st line: Amoxicillin 90mg/kg per day in two doses (max 3g/day) x 10 days
or amoxicillin/claulanate same SIG
Pen allergy: Cefdinir 14 mg/kg per day in two divided doses. (or other 3rd gen ceph)
